Installation Services - 19-03-2009, 03:49 PM

We just purchased SupportSuite, but know very little about the product's functionality. We're trying to decide if we should use the Installation Services offered for 59.95. What is included in that fee? Will those services help us to make sure we're utilizing the product to its fullest extent?

It just includes installation on your server - not any configuration.

Hi lham,

Welcome to the forums. The Installation Service only covers installation of the software (uploading of the files, adding your database settings to the configuration file, and so on) and limited assistance with server related setup (such as database creation).

It does not include configuration or customization of your support desk. You may find the product manuals (User manuals - Kayako support desk software) useful. If you have any questions, please submit a support ticket and our staff will be happy to guide you through things and explain how to achieve your configuration goals.
