intgration/ licensing

Hi All,

We are an IT consulting firm that is looking for a solution to meet the needs of our clients.

We are currently in the middle of developing our website and it looks like this will integrate quite nicely.

Can someone please define what the best method for our company would be to utilize Support Suite? hosted version or non-hosted.

If we go with the hosted version how many licenses does that come with?

Our new website is being developed using MSSQL 2000 / c# can the support suite be integrated with our site?'

Can we purchase the owned version and upload this to our current host godaddy? We have the Deluxe plan.

Hello JC,

I personally would go with the Owned Version as it costs less in the long run and is more customizable.

Hosted version includes one license... all hosted, leased, owned include one license for use with one domain. Now if you have the owned version you can purchase an Additional License for $49.95.

SupportSuite/eSupport uses MySQL so um sorry it wont work with MSSQL

I dont see why you wouldnt be able to use it with godaddy as long as they meet the minimum server requirements:

Server Requirements
	Linux/FreeBSD/Solaris/Windows
PHP 4.3
MySQL 3.23.23
Zend Optimizer or ionCube Loader

Client Side Requirements
	Internet Explorer 6
Mozilla v1.5
Safari 1.2

Winapp Requirements
	Windows 98/Me/2000/XP
