| New Member Posts: 2 Join Date: Nov 2007 eSupport Owned License | Am from the staff of an online game which uses eSupport actually am member of its support crew I have downloaded the kayako InstaAlert from the offical site. My question is How to log in and check my customer's tickets . I mean this pic ![]() that I write in it Do I write http://support.gamename.com/ ot should I write http://support.gamename.com/staff/ If I wrote the first link it log in but never show me the tickets sections like this pic ![]() and If I wrote the second link it doesnt log in I tried to submit a ticket and waited to get an alert after I wrote the first link but nothing happened so please answer me and I have another question Is this version which I downloaded from the offical site a demo version or what ? btw sorry for writting here I was in rush ![]() Regards . |

You use the first one http://support.gamename.com/ and its not gonna show you the Departments/Ticket Tree unless you Buy the InstaAlert Pro... The FREE Version just notifies you on your Taskbar of new tickets as they come in.... You can always get the latest version at http://hotfix.kayako.com/instaalert/ Digital Mayhem, Inc.
