Kayako Performance - 24-11-2008, 11:21 AM

We are planning to buy Support Suite. From our side, it seems that we might accumulate large chunk of data.
Please let me know the experience while using the Support Suite. We would appreciate any feedback.

Hi Pushkar,

We have a number of Kayako supportsuites running, both for our own helpdesk needs as well as for some of our customers.
Performance is excellent on all instances. There are a number of configurable settings that you can enable/disable when excpecting loads of data.

As long as your helpdesk's server has sufficient resources, your helpdesk should scale to meet volumes of data which most people would consider enormous. We have customers who have tens of gigs of tickets before attachments are considered.
