Are there any pre-built knowledge packs for the KB component of SupportSuite? For instance, can one purchase data to insert into the Knowledge Base answers to basic Windows questions?

dziemecki: I've never heard of someone vending pre-fabricated datasets, but I confess I find the idea absolutely fascinating. I also hope someone will start to vend such a thing.
