You can contact Kayako and request a developer license which will only work with http://localhost so will only work locally.... But if you want a live test environment on the web such as dev.yourdomain.com then yes that would require another license but you can get a "Additional Domain License" for one third the cost of the regular price of a full license. what craigbrass said is not 100% accurate its on per instance basis not per domain basis as outlined at http://support.kayako.com/index.php?...&kbarticleid=4 Digital Mayhem, Inc. well that maybe true I am just going by what the license agreement and the support section states but if its lockdown it maybe true...
