We bought a license and need it to be transferred to us.

Submitted ticket to SalesDesk, Are they 24/7 ?
what is the reponse time ?

Is there a telephone number I can call and talk.

where did you buy the license in order for it to be transfered? If you bought it from someone else they will have to contact Kayako and request that it be transfered from their account into your account.

Bought it from 3rd party via WHT. Seller has requested transfer via ticket #YEZ-789166 (Aug 15, 2006 6:17 PM - GMT+1)

Waiting for Kayako to respond or is there a telephone number, I can contact them on ?
