List of credited suppliers?

I'm based in the UK, working for a support company where we are looking to install Kayako as our main point of contact for any and all support.

Generally we have had not much luck finding any decent/well known consultants that will provide hosting solutions, along with installation, modification and potential training. It's also important for us, being based within the UK to have a company that is willing to provide support for our business hours

With Kayako offering some, but not all of these services - does Kayako have a list of credited or well known consultants that might be able to provide this ?

Welcome to the forums. There is no official list of consultants, but you are free to browse the Marketplace forum for known consultants (and respective testimonials) and post your own request for services. After taking a look I am sure it will become clear who are the most popular and reputed consultants.

No; we do not wish to get that involved. It would be a lot of time spent with little gain for the customers. If we 'credit' a consultant, we would be expected to moderate disputes when they arise - which is not our position.

The testimonials in the Marketplace forum or elsewhere will be more than enough information for customers to decide who is reputable, reliable and who offers good quality work - without the need for us to review the providers.

I think to be clear, when i say credited suppliers - i meant in terms of well known, been around a while kind of thing.

A list of supplies based upon region would be pretty good at least. Maybe a list of Gold resellers?

Please look in or post in the Marketplace forum - you will find a number of suppliers and people who have posted reviews and testimonials.

We do not list resellers or service suppliers on our websites, or make official recommendations - the community here and the Marketplace forum serves this purpose in a democratic fashion.
