I'm already a fully owned esupport customer, please tell me if there's any discount I can get...

Hi alansp,

There would be little point purchasing a LiveResponse licence, as you cannot bridge eSupport and LiveResponse directly yourself. You would need to look at upgrading to the SupportSuite package (eSupport and LiveResponse).

Please submit a ticket to sales about it, and you can discuss with them your upgrade options. (The office is closed during the weekend, so you will have to wait until Monday for a reply).

You also might want to look into Kayako Resellers who throw in a few free bees if you buy from them
