| New Member Posts: 1 Join Date: Sep 2007 SupportSuite Owned License | My company is interested in the SupportSuite product and I have signed up for the demo, but I am hardly an expert. I'm looking for someone who knows all the ins and outs of this software and add on features. Key things we are interested in: LDAP intergration LiveResponse - chat and desktop sharing insta alert the WM 5 / blackberry App VOIP integration hosting vs us owning ourselves Categorizing Support Requests After Hours alerts notification to staff and customers (FYI: I got most of this stuff to work with no problems - having trouble or unclear with some things as well). We have a GoToMeeting Account so I can setup the Web conf and I can call you as far as the phone conference is concerned. Just looking for someone who knows the product - can answer some questions but more importantly show the ins and outs of this product to a small group of support personnel - we are deciding what to buy. Just a note on where you say "the WM 5 / blackberry App", its WM and PPC only. Blackberry is not supported. You can however use the PDA interface. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
