1. It integrates by uploading some files to your ModernBill installation and these "include" in the Kayako pages required into the ModernBill pages. 2. When a user comes to a submit ticket page, Kayako automatically checks to see if that user has an account. If they do, the ticket is tagged onto their account or if they don't, an account is created. 3. As it uses MB Account IDs to track email address changes, it adds their email address onto the Kayako account so both email addresses (old and new) are on the Kayako account. 4. They simply click Submit Ticket inside ModernBill and it shows the submit ticket page inside the ModernBill page (not a frame, a full integration in case you are wondering).
