New Ticket - 25-03-2008, 12:28 AM

Is there a way to keep new tickets 'new' until a staff replies to the customer? Right now if a staff just looks at the ticket it is no longer in the new section.

Also is there a way to set where if a staff replies to the ticket it is closed automatically?

It is a per-staff setting. Have them go Staff CP -> Tickets -> Manage Tickets -> Settings and set "Default Ticket Status When Replying".
