POP/IMAP access in hosted demo - 20-12-2007, 12:23 AM

I am trying the SupportSuite 7 day demo, but cannot get the POP/IMAP email queue to work. I've setup the queues, but not of my emails are being retrieved. I've sent a support ticket, but no response so far. Does something need to be activated for the POP or IMAP retrieval to start working? Until this works, I can't accurately test the software. Please help. Carlos

Admin CP -> Scheduled Tasks -> Manage -> Click "Enable" to the right of "POP3/IMAP Fetching".

If that doesn't work, maybe they have disabled it on the demo.
