Do Predefined Replies work in the demo? I created some and can't get them to show up. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. Also the Post Reply> Predefined Replies drop-down doesn't work at all. |

We have the same issue... but some other users don't... it's still a kayako mistery. The truth is out there.  |
