Hi,

I like what I see on the SupportSuite and I'm just about getting ready to purchase. I have not seen a lot information given when it comes to spam. My question is:

How does SupportSuite deal with spam?

Everything else I have found useful, but the question above is really my top priority.

I have now ordered the software. Hopefully it gets activated before this weekend ends so I can have it up and running by Monday !!

Kayako don't work weekends so it will be activated Monday when they are back in the office. Make sure you are by the phone you put down on ordering the software as they phone to validate the purchase.

Great to hear you've purchased Your order may be activated later on today or tomorrow - but I am afraid I cannot make any guarantees; at the latest it will be activated on Monday (or late Sunday if you are in the US).

No, but sometimes Raghav will come in to or from home activate the orders.
