I think I have a wrong purchasing,
any package for upgrading esupport to supportsuit?

I was trying a supportsuit trial, and I didnt know there only supportsuit with Liveresponse.

Yes there is an option to upgrade your eSupport to SupportSuite. Login to the Kayako Members Area and you shall find the option to upgrade.

Upgrade it carried out immediately. It does not require any validation.
