as of right now your only way of doing this is to setup a seperate Template Group. Such as Have a template group names "Resellers" then on every file category make sure "Resellers" is selected then for regular clients you do the same thing and on each Downloads Category make sure to enable that template groups for the ones you want it to have access too.. Then in the /includes/Widgets/widgets.php set the Downloads area to only appear when Clients are logged in.. That way Unregistered clients can see or download anything. Thats not the ideal solutions but works... Other then that you would have to customize supportsuite yourself to add the functionality. Digital Mayhem, Inc. Hi Jensen, Using a combination of User Groups and Template Groups this can be achieved - please see both sections in the SupportSuite manual (http://docs.kayako.net) for further information on both systems. -------------------------------------------------------------------
