Hi alphabakada, Refund requests won't be processed on the forum, for that you will have to submit a ticket to the Sales department. I'm sorry you are having problems - anything we can try to resolve? -------------------------------------------------------------------

George, It is unfortunate that you are having issues with the software. You can process the refund request with the Sales department or simply post your queries in the forum and I am sure you will find some support for your issues.
