If you purchase the Hosted Solution then its hosted on Kayako Servers... If you purchase the Lease Monthly, Yearly, Owned Version then you host it on your server. KayakoMobile works with PPC2003 and MB5 so does your Blackberry run either of those. Digital Mayhem, Inc. yes if your phone has a web browser you can access http://www.yourdomain.com/support/staff/ but if you wanna use the KayakoMobile Application you gotta have PPC2003 or MB5. Digital Mayhem, Inc.
