Is this remotely hosted only?

hi, can you install the support suite software on your local server or does it have to be hosted on the kayako site?

We're interested in the plugin for mobile devices also. Does this support a blackberry device?

If you purchase the Hosted Solution then its hosted on Kayako Servers... If you purchase the Lease Monthly, Yearly, Owned Version then you host it on your server.

KayakoMobile works with PPC2003 and MB5 so does your Blackberry run either of those.

We use supportsuite with our blackberries.
We have the system email us ticket alerts to our phones, as well as we can access the web interface on the BlackBerry Browser.

yes if your phone has a web browser you can access http://www.yourdomain.com/support/staff/ but if you wanna use the KayakoMobile Application you gotta have PPC2003 or MB5.
