Hi there, Reporting is available in the current version of our software (Version 4 will add a custom reporting engine). The ticket reports that are available in Version 3 are: ![]() There are also a number of other reports that allow you to list 'most popular' (etc) knowledgebase articles, troubelshooters and so on. -------------------------------------------------------------------
