SEO Friendly URLs - 26-06-2006, 07:55 PM

I've almost made the decision to go with Kayako. Got another question though. The URLs that Kayako generates for quesions/comments aren't exactly SEO friendly. One of the benefits I'm hoping to enjoy from publishing FAQs and articles is improved search engine results. Is there any way to change the URL generated for an article or a question so that it includes words actually in the subject of the article/question?

Thanks,
Brian

Hello,

Currently there is no way to do this although I have posted it at http://bugs.kayako.net/?do=details&id=1519 so one of the developers will see it.

Best Regards,

This should be at the very top of the developers list. I also vote for SEO friendly URL's, especially for the KB.
