I am trying to decide between Kayako and Smarter track.. both products seem to have the features I want, except Smarter track does something I really like.. So I am wondering if Kayako does the same or if there is a mod do it...
When a ticket is created via the portal both Kayako and Smarter scan the knowledge base and give suggestions.. however smarter track takes it one step further.. when an ticket is submitted via email.. the email response also scans the knowledge base and gives possible solutions in the response email.. does this exist? or is there a mod to this in Kayako?
