Hello I am interested in the Support Suite. Does it come with support and upgrades, if not what is the pricing structure? What does support include?

Monthly Lease License = Upgrade/Support as long as you keep license active.

Yearly Lease License = Upgrade/Support for one year

Owned License = Upgrade/Support for 6 months.



6 Month Upgrade/Support subscription is $49.95 I believe.

Support includes support for issues you might have with the software via Kayako Support desk. Once your support expires you will not be able to create a new ticket with Kayako helpdesk until you renew your support.
