Syncronizing 2 Kayako Databases

Hello,

We are interested in using your product with our company. We have an office in the US and an office in Sweden. I was wondering if anyone has successfully used any tools to synchronize two seperate Kayako databases on a nightly basis.

Why you need to seperate database? why not too seperate installations using the same database? or just two seperate template groups?
