Question Ticket Rating System ? - 15-01-2008, 07:17 AM

hi,

for this current kayako helpdesk, does it have a ticket rating system? been playing with the trial, but cannot find this feature

It isn't possible in V3 but is planned for V4. See Tickets -> Ratings system for chats and tickets

Ticket ratings by users are a feature that many would love to see in the generic product, I suppose.

I built it in-house on 3.11.01 using user-defined fields and custom programming.
