Trail version - email trouble - 29-01-2008, 06:04 PM

Hello,

I am playing around with the 7days trail version of eSupport but I can't get it work to receive emails in the ticket system.

I set up a email queue, with the right account information, I did select a department. But no email comes throught. The scheduled fetch task is on and running.

I read the forum, I read the manual and I am wondering why this is so hard Any hints what I am doing wrong?
