Trial version will not POP3 - 16-03-2008, 12:41 AM

Hello,

I'm using the trial version for evaluation purposes. My only issue thus far is that I can't POP3 any account I setup. I have made sure the pop3/imap is enabled under the Scheduled Tasks > Manage > POP3/IMAP Fetching. When I run the task the logs says " POP3/IMAP Fetching Success 15 Mar 2008 11:51 PM". But yet no tickets are downloaded.



i've run out of idea.

I think this may be for security reasons. You will be able to on the full version after purchase.

I take that you are using the online demo, or are you using a personal hosted trial (kayakotrial.com)?

Please submit a ticket to the Sales department explaining the problem (And the link to your trial) and they will alert a technician to it.
