Trouble with demo

I just signed up for the demo yesterday and it was working fine at first, but when I started creating different departments I cannot now submit tickets through the support center, create tickets by email, or through the staff CP. I do receive the confirmation email, but they don't show up in the staff CP. Any thoughts?

Hi,
Make sure you assigned yourself to those departments. You can check this under Admin CP > Staff.
