| Upgrading SupportSuite Monthly Hosted -> Owned -

Hello
I'm about to purchase SupportSuite Monthly Hosted and run that for a few months at which point I'll purchase the Owned version and install that on our network.
A few of questions:
1. If I buy add-ons such as SyncWorks and Branding Free with the Monthly Hosted option, will I be able to keep these when I upgrade to Fully Owned?
2. Will tickets, chat history, settings etc., be kept when I make the move from Hosted to Owned?
3. Are there any caveats / possible problems that I should be aware of if I decide to take this hosted -> owned approach?
