Hi, I had registered for the SupportSuite free trial but unable to find the link to download it. The online trial does not satisfy my needs as I would like to have access to the codes to evaluate the feasibility of integrating SupportSuite with one of our company products. Another problem when I am logging into the online trial, it keep giving me "Session Expired Due to Inactivity". I do understand that this problem involves changing some configuration scripts on the backend but can this problem be rectified for the online trial users? Regards, Dan |

You will have to contact Kayako sales in order to get a non-hosted trial. You will first have to register with members.kayako.net after which they will fix you a trial for 7 days. The only thing is even with the 7 day download trial you wont get the source code. Only time you will get the Source code is when you purchase the Owned Version Digital Mayhem, Inc. It is a good test to see if the software works well on your own server though. Would be cool to see something implemented where new members automatically get a 7 day trial download on their account but only allow it on domain names and only once per domain to avoid abuse.
