Hey Guys, I currently have around 70+ labels that we use, and i want to give other people access to the staff portion of our tracker. The issue that i am having is that although i have limited permissions so that they can only see their assigned department, they still have access to all of my labels and when clicking on the labels - they can see all of the tickets which are labeled - regardless of permissions. Granted, they cannot see the contents of the ticket, but with how our requests are structured there is enough information in the subject to give away a lot of information which we would rather not give away. I'm not sure if this is a feature request or a bug ... Jamie? |
