V4 Update #7: Template management, versioning and visual comparison tool - 08-02-2010, 10:29 PM

http://blog.kayako.com/2010/02/v4-up...mparison-tool/

We are sorry this one has taken a while to be published - all of us have been working hard on V4 and an upcoming V3 maintenance release. Preview #8 will follow this one soon, and will feature a new addition to the Kayako product line.

Comments welcome!

It doesn't look that nice that way. It should be two panels side by side instead of one floating panel over the other.

Something like this:

The screenshots look interesting however I would like to know if a custom language phrase added into Kayako can be used in all templates including email templates? As of now this is not possible.

Is this diff feature using some external library or PHP extension? We want to get a head start learning about it so we can customize it.
