SupportDesk iPhone client for eSupport and SupportSuite now available - 21-02-2009, 12:17 PM

I am very happy (and proud) to announce the immediate availability of SupportDesk, our iPhone client for eSupport and SupportSuite.

With SupportDesk you can view your tickets per department and status.
We have done our very best to make working with it as intuitive as possible.
With the current version it is also possible to create a post.

A next version, due in 1 - 2 weeks, will also allow you to delete a ticket and change statusses.

Of course there is much more to come. We have plans to make use of everything that the Kayako mobile API has to offer.

You can find more information (and screenshots) about SupportDesk on our website.

You can buy SupportDesk from the Apple iTunes App Store.

We use SupportDesk on a daily basis for a couple of weeks now and, I must admit, I am already hooked to it

Cheers and have fun with it...

Thanks, that is why I released it

It was a fun journey to create it, I hope it is going to be as much fun to see it grow...

Impressive. Can see this being useful to many users. Personally wouldn't touch anything Apple make just like I wouldn't drive a BMW but there you go

Just bought this and so far I'm amazed! For being V1.0 it is really polished. I'm excited for the future releases and know I'll be using this constantly!

Thank you for utilizing the iPhone to help make me more productive!

You are welcome obviously.

As I said it was fun making it and it is already fun expanding/maintaining it

I will keep on giving you new candy until the jar is completely empty because I am hooked to the app as well...

IT2Be: this appears, from the screenshots, to be impressive work.

Thank you for the compliment.

So far we are 30% on the way for a next release with a couple of cosmetic things, support for other than ascii characters and connecting to multiple helpdesks...

I would love to do that but it is not a part of the mobile api.
For me that means it is not (yet) supported by Kayako.
Maybe they will with v4...

This looks brilliant! I'm going to see if I can convince the Department Manage to buy this for my iPhone - it'll be useful to be able to view a case and update it whilst attending a job. Will updates be free?

Updates are free until the application is bug free and full featured with the current mobile API.
We will have to see how things are after that. Work has to be paid for
