Currently, if you wish to answer Live Chat requests in Kayako, you have to be at a desktop machine. Our Windows Mobile Live Support Client allows you to answer Live Chat requests on Windows Mobile based phones. You can choose to stay Away and only answer transferred chats or answer all chat requests with ease. You require Windows Mobile 5, 6. 6.1 or 6.5 Professional / Pocket PC Phone or Classic / Pocket PC (ie it must have a touch screen). You can download the Windows Mobile Live Support Client for Kayako by going to the Details and Download Trial thread link to our forum below. More information on setting it up can be found in our Windows Mobile Live Support Client for Kayako forum. You can also use this board to post any questions you may have and to report any bugs you find. If you have tried the software and wish to purchase a licence, these are charged at $24.95 per phone and come with 1 year of free updates. Click here to purchase a licence. Version 0.0.15 :- * Fixed Device ID generation issue. * Added the ability to revoke a licence. * Fixed issue where by if you closed the window right after launch it wouldn't connect. * Fixed the issue where by it would leave the accept window with no ability to close it if you exited when a chat request was coming in. * Fixed the issue where by a blank screen would show if you accepted a chat request too early. * The today screen now shows Connecting rather than Online when you are connecting to the server during initial launch. * The message box is now focused on entering a chat. Have you got a trailing slash on the end of it (it should be http:// domain.com / helpdesk/). Also, what are you connecting via (mobile network or wifi)? Finally, what version of windows mobile is it? If you could grab /log.txt for me as well and email it to me, that would be great as I am not able to reproduce this on two handsets I have here or the emulator. I can't reproduce it but I have forwarded the log to the developer and he should be able to get that sorted today.

Version 0.0.16 :- * Fixed connection issue on Windows Mobile 5. * Added more advanced logging. Ryan: Please try this version. Make sure to remove the old version first before installing this one (Settings -> System -> Remove Programs). If that still doesn't work, send me the new log.txt file as it logs more advanced information now to help debugging.
