By doing this, using whmcs as a login area. Can kayako user creditentials login? We have kayako/whmcs users, kayako only users and whmcs only users.

Has anyone been able to solve this? We prefer to login into kayako as kayako only users can put multiple emails address per user account.

Well I have 2 kayako licenses and 2 WHMCS installs. And can confirm that this works perfectly with WHMCS v4.1.2 and the latest SupportSuite Build. One of the installs is 3.50.06 and whmcs 4.1.2 and it works with the new kayako integration files. So to all who it is not working for go download the latest SupportSuite build from the Kayako members area and modify the WHMCS integration files and upload those and if you have done all right on this post.... VIOLA it all works

Hope this helps as it works perfectly for me

loginshare for whmcs - 27-01-2010, 07:47 PM

I downloaded a trial for the ioncube encoder...I added all of the settings to the file, and when I try to encode it, it gives me an error at line 57 -unexpected "."

This is what is at line 57:
$_LOGINAPI[LOGINAPI_DEFAULT] = array("title" => $_SWIFT["language"]["defaultloginapi"], "include"../AppData/Local/Temp/ => "default.login.php");

Anyone have any ideas......

I have it working using whmcs user and whmcs integration files. But on external pages where I have logout, it will show me logged out in whmcs but not in kayako. I have "My Account" info displayed in kayako templates but grabbing from whmcs and linked to whmcs pages.

I'm getting this error:

Code:

I am using the latest WHMCS and support suite

I took care of the whmcs.login.php problem. However, now when I login into a client's portal and click Submit A Ticket it just shows a blank page

I'm having the exact same problem as what people are describing at WHMCS Forums

Does anyone have the solution for this problem? I'm willing to pay anyone who can solve this.

whmcs.login.php - 16-02-2010, 07:10 PM

Hey,

When I click WHMCS settings it loads Kayako Forums login page. Why is this?

Hi,

i just have to say thanks, loginShare works great,
but i have a dilemma/problem with tickets.

should I make pipe for tickets for whmcs or for kayako,
because now it is set in whmcs and i works perfectly to the point where i receive autoresponder mail with a link inside and no login credentials (as you would in kayako autorespond)

to make matters worse, response mail guides you to a page where i get this message

Code:
ERROR: You need to log in before you can view this page. Please log in using your e-mail address and password.
1. should I make forward (pipe) directly to kayako and make him handle the autorespond mail (because it works great) ? will then ticket be "synced"
2. or is there any modification for /whmcs/viewticket.php so it can send kayako-look-a-like autoresponder mail (with credentials)

We could make a simple login session hook for WHMCS but does anyone have the cookie encrypt/decrypt functions kayako uses? They are encoded.
