Hi , first of all i must say what a excellent product - we've been using the product for about 3 months now, running live accross 6 different products. WE have NO shrt commings with any of the ticket or helpdesk functionality - however the teamwork section could be hugely imrpoved to make this product even better. Here is our wishlist - hope hope to see this in the next version ![]() Teamwork: 1) Able to Group Contacts according to a department , or company 2) Able to assign tasks to a staff users 3) Simplify Calendar display not to make a entry for each hour in a event , but rather like a block from the start time to the end time. 4) assign events to either public / private / or only departments where the staff member is assigned to. look forward to hear from yo soon |
