Dear Zoe, You can dictate how you want the system to show tickets. The way to do this is to go into the ticket list, click "Views", click "New View" and specify the options for that new view. The view you just created will then show up on the "Views" list from then on and you can select to have that as your default view. Hope this helps you. The request is probably aimed at being able to click on a column header to sort by that column.
