I noticed that a lot of other Live Chat solutions have a "feedback" option when the chat is closed to enable customers to leave a rating / feedback on their chat experienced. We switched from StarDevelop Live Help to SupportSuite but are a bit dissapointed to see that there is no feedback system or an option for the end user to request an email transcript when the chat window is closed. It is a planned feature. No estimate on timeframe has been given.
