Hi, Would it be possible to allow staff members to create new tickets from the PDA Interface and KayakoMobile? If a staff member is out in the field and finds a problem that is irrelevant to the ticket they are attending to they could then create a new ticket relevent to the problem they find. Lee |

It is due to be released for Kayako Mobile. It would be cool for the PDA interface though.

I do not think Kayako has provided with any release dates. They usually dont.

That is Varun implementing the core (PHP) side of it. It is still waiting on Ryan releasing the actual app with the functionality included.

No - problems were encountered with the PHP side which required some changes (likewise with WM, in this respect).
