Can I and how do I send autoresponder emails after specific time (12 hours) from the moment the customer sent the support request?

Are you talking about one that would say "We are still dealing with your support request...." if not response has been received?

You can use the 'Follow Up' feature to achieve this

The follow up feature has to be set manually
I think an auto response to a client (in case no response has been made let's say in 1 hour ) is what I am looking for
is that possible?

Let's say a client sends a support ticket while I am not online

If I could set the system so that If apart from the initial autoresponse he receives he can receive another one in a few hours (just in case no response has been made yet)

Great idea
