Lightbulb WHMCS Integration/Loginshare - 02-02-2007, 02:16 PM

Just curious,

http://bugs.kayako.net/?do=details&id=1867

I recently opened a feature request for Kayako to work on an integration script like they did for Modernbill v4.x. I think this would be a good feature for WHMCS and would really help me out in terms of keeping things more integrated and together, because who wants to login to two different places to do something that should be done in one?

Well if you do not have WHMCS, this does not effect you and you most likely do not care, but if you do then please tell me what you think. Maybe some comments from the Kayako staff would be good as well. You guys can work with Matt on this I hope and this would definitely give WHMCS users an advantage in handling their support.

Also, a loginshare would be cool too. I heard that two members are working on their own loginshare module, but that is up to kayako.

Looking forward to reading your comments .

WHMCS LoginShare - 09-02-2007, 09:35 PM

Hello,

I have created a LoginShare for WHMCS, and I was wondering what I need to do in order to get this to be an official LoginShare and get it an API number and Zend encoded. If someone could help me out, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks.
