3.00.26 Update

As you might have noticed at our Builds page, We have all been working full steam to get 3.00.26 out, This build will be the last build before Gold and if no major bugs are discovered within 1-2 weeks of release, We will mark it as Gold.

The new major features in .26 include Labels, Staff IRS and a host of other improvements. The build should be out by 1st Nov or so provided all the bugs (60 or so left) in our TODO list are fixed.

We will be launching 12 Month Support and Upgrade plan priced at $69.95 ($10 Cheaper than the 6 month plan), additionally Unlimited versions of InstaAlert Pro and SyncWorks will soon be available at a price of $199.95 and $299.95 respectively.

# KAYAKO MOBILE

Development on Kayako Mobile is going on actively and we should have a beta of it ready by Mid November. Kayako Mobile is our Pocket PC application geared towards offline use mainly meant for companies that have workers in field (Like telcos, courier companies etc.)

# NEXT RELEASE

Once 3.00.26 is released, Our next build will have a seperate module allowing you to run custom reports on all available modules, Available reports will include Standard, List and Matrix reports along with ability to generate graph/charts.

Additionally, We will start our gradual move towards a full AJAX based application by converting the Ticket List area to the AJAX based Grid which will drastically improve page speed as only the required data will be fetched from the servers. Additionally, We are chalking out plans for some more exciting AJAX features that will make the app more intuitive and real time.
