We are very excited to announce that a new stable build of SupportSuite, eSupport and LiveResponse (
3.40.01) is now available from the
Members' Area.
3.40.01 marks a major security milestone, closing and resolving many undisclosed security issues. We strongly advise all of our customers to upgrade to the latest version.
Reminder: Kayako software requires PHP 5. Please make sure that your web server meets the minimum requirements. Upgrade notes:
- Substantial security improvements, including several important vulnerability closures.
- Ongoing improvements to speed and stability of the server-side software.
- Improvements to data privacy.
