Ability for clients to change ticket properties - 27-12-2006, 11:00 AM

We have just pushed out the final revision code for this highly voted feature into our CVS build. Clients can now change the ticket properties (Ticket Status or Ticket Priority) directly through the support center. Additionally, you can toggle this permission on per uer group basis under Staff CP > Users > Manage Groups > Edit > Ticket Permissions.
