Create tickets in KayakoMobile! - 21-05-2008, 09:58 PM

Today we have released the 3.2.0.0 STABLE version of our KayakoMobile add-on application (more information here).

It has a new feature that many of you will probably find very useful: the ability to create new tickets in the field using KayakoMobile. You don't even need to have an Internet connection in order to create new tickets. Simply create them in KayakoMobile and then synchronize with eSupport/Supportsuite next time you've got access to the Internet!

Version Information
The 3.2.0.0 release of KayakoMobile requires a minimum of version 3.20.02 STABLE eSupport or SupportSuite.

As many of you know, KayakoMobile is designed to work with the following versions of Windows Mobile (and only these versions):
  • Windows Mobile 2003, Pocket PC edition
  • Windows Mobile 5, Pocket PC edition
  • Windows Mobile 6, Professional and Classic editions

In case you're not sure which version you have, if you don't have a touch screen, KayakoMobile won't work for you. If you do, it is likely that you are running one of the supported OSes.
