We will be pushing out minor enhancements this week which will make the entire Satellite Helpdesk schematics much more easier and flexible to manage. The first of them is ability to view which group a ticket was submitted under, This has already been pushed into the latest CVS build. snap0203.png -------------------------------------------------------------------
