Forum updates and reorganization

As the frequent users of the forum have already noticed, we are making some changes on the forum including a restructure of the forums themselves.

While we tweak everything, we ask of your patience if ever you see the "Forum is temporarily closed" notice or if you find we are moving threads about, sorting them into the proper categories.

The community and activity of the forum has most certainly out-grown the "old". Hopefully the changes will bring more consistency to the forums and will make finding information easier than before.

If you encounter any problems, have any questions or suggestions then please post them in the new Forum Issues forum.
