It has come to our attention that some people are and may try to impersonate Kayako staff members by contacting some of our clients (and non-clients) directly, questioning the validity of their license.
A more serious case may be where someone will try to trick you into handing over your member's area information to confirm a license.
Please note that:
- We will never contact our clients regarding account matters through the client's own Live Chat medium.
- All communications will either come from an @kayako.com e-mail address or local to our own Support Desk.
