We have just pushed out a major revision in our ticket locking code. The system now logs and displays the two conflicting posts in realtime using AJAX. This is exactly how it was requested on our forums. Additionally, the newly introduced code also gives us the flexibility to introduce Auto Saving feature for ticket posts (will be added soon).
