Information on recent server downtime

Hosted Clients on blackbird might have suffered some disruptions for about 2 hours today. It seems like the LiveResponse demo on our web site was being used by some people to provide Live Support on their sites (They just copied the HTML Code and Launched the Monitor Window from demo). We found traces of about 30 different URLs linking to the demo code but are not sure of how many people might have been using the demo. We have removed the LiveResponse demo from our web site till we move it to its seperate server and add monitoring code to prevent this issue from happening again.
